Kajima Poland is the general contractor. The other section of building 17 has an area of 17,600 sq m and has almost been completed. Park P3 Błonie is 27 km west of Warsaw not far from where national road 97 intersects with the A2 motorway (which is part of the E30 European transit route). The 14-building park is not only used for warehousing. It also contains refrigeration and freezing units and even a data centre.
