BSH signs another lease  in Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III
BSH, one of the leading producers of home appliances in Europe, has leased over 12,000 sq m in the Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III industrial complex. The company is to move into the newly-constructed space within the month. The warehouse building will be used to store tumble dryer components to be used in the manufacturing plant owned by BSH. Panattoni has so far constructed around 2 million sq m of industrial space in the Łódź area, of which around 150,000 sq m was developed for BSH. This includes the BSH home appliance factory, which has an area of 57,000 sq m and is the largest such factory in Europe. The development is connected to a logistics centre of around 80,000 sq m with three railway tracks and two railway sidings as well as a railway station with a 590m platform. Nearby Panattoni has also developed the 30,000 sq m Appliance Park for the BSH factory's component suppliers. Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III is 3.5 km from the centre of the city and is easily accessible by public transport both by bus and tram. The development lies around 5 km from the A1 motorway, which is part of the sixth trans-European transport corridor. Around 18 km from the A2 motorway, which connects Łódź with other cities such as Poznań, Warsaw and Berlin.
