Cinno Poland leases space in BIK Park Wrocław
Electronic equipment service company Cinno Poland has leased 4,800 sq m of warehouse and production space and 460 sq m of office space in the BIK Park Wrocław logistics centre. As a result of the deal all the space in the 22,500 sq m building has now been leased. Cinno Poland is to share the building with two other tenants: logistics operator Unico Logistics and e-commerce company JLI Trading Limited. The building is to be handed over in the third quarter this year.
This will be the second hall to be built in BIK Park Wrocław. The first was constructed in 2020 and has an area of 25,000 sq m. Currently it too is also fully leased. On full build-out the park is to comprise two buildings with a total area of 47,500 sq m built on a site of 11.7 ha in the village of Nowa Wieś Wrocławska (in the administrative district of Kąty Wrocławskie).
The site is 500m from the Wrocław Południe junction on the A4 motorway. This provides not only easy access to Germany but also to the Katowice urban area (1 h 50 min), Poznań (2 h.), Łódź (2 h and 10 min) and Warsaw (3.5 h.).
BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer owned by the NREP NSF IV investment fund. BIK is managed by Logicenters, the NREP logistics platform.
