Logistics operator Clipper Logistics has leased an additional 6,000 sq m in the P3 Poznań logistics park. As a result, building 9 in the complex is to be extended with further warehouse space and additional offices and social facilities.
The new warehouse space is being constructed to the specifications of the tenant to meet the specific needs of its business. In order to reduce utility usage, solar panels are to be fitted on the roof of the building, a greywater storage system is to be installed and the lighting will be automatically controlled with a DALI system. Electric vehicle charging stations are also to be placed in front of the building. The developer is to apply for BREEAM certification with a rating of at least 'Very Good'.

Eventually, P3 Poznań park will comprise almost 400,000 sq m and is one of the largest logistics parks in the western part of the country. It is situated in the village of Robakowo, 16 km to the east of the centre of Poznań. the centre is not far from the S11 expressway and is also close to the A2 motorway, which means it has easy access to both Warsaw and Berlin. The park has attracted e-commerce tenants as well as production companies and is also ideal for companies involved in distributing goods across Western Europe.
