First stage of Panattoni Park Koluszki completed
Panattoni has completed the first 12,000 sq m stage of the Panattoni Park Koluszki logistics park. The space has been leased by dog and cat food producer Pet Republic and the company started occupying the building in November. The lease includes both warehouse space and 1,000 sq m of offices.
Pet Republic is a subsidiary of CPF Poland, the Polish branch of agricultural and food conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Foods.
Panattoni is to deliver a further 13,500 sq m at the end of Q3/ beginning of Q4. This section is to be leased to a global producer of brake and suspension systems for the automotive industry.
Eventually, the park is to comprise around 39,800 sq m and the complex should be suitable for both light production and warehousing. Panattoni Park Koluszki is to be certified under BREEAM with Panattoni implementing solutions for the energy efficiency, and sustainability of the centre as well as for the wellbeing of its users.
Panattoni has already delivered almost 1.6 million sq m in the Central Poland region, which includes both logistics parks and BTS developments. The new centre is the first to be built in the town of Koluszki and is around 30 km from Łódź. The park also benefits from ready access to labour.
