Ideal Idea to extend city park in Raszyn
Ideal Idea Formad has announced its plans to build the third stage of its Ideal Idea City Park project on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn. Two buildings with a combined area of over 8,000 sq m are to be constructed, which are to be divided into small business unit modules of around 550 sq m including some class A office space. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter and the land for the development has already been purchased. Already the first two stages of the project have been leased out, which includes 19,500 sq m in stages I and II of Ideal Idea City Park.  Recently, the tenants that have entered the park include fire safety system producer Systemy Autobusowe, Belarus-based Asbis, which is a leading IT goods distributor in CEE, and pharmaceutical and nanotechnology firm Valentis Poland. The new buildings are to be certified under BREEAM. The buildings are to have the latest insulation panelling that retains twice as much heat as those produced only a few years ago. Moreover, 70 per cent of the materials used in the construction will be recyclable. In the office section, triple-glazed windows will be fitted as standard for better insulation. The developer is also to manage the green areas with the planting of plane trees and a Japanese-garden style bridge is to be constructed over a stream running through the grounds.
