Imported and craft beers distributor moves to Hillwood Marki

Real estate services firm Savills represented BevGroup, a wholesaler of alcoholic beverages, in its 3,100 square metre lease at the Hillwood Marki logistics park, Poland. BevGroup Sp. z o.o. acts as an importer and exclusive distributor of global beer brands across Poland, including Miller, Warsteiner, Krombacher, Bitburger, and craft beers from Polish breweries. It cooperates primarily with the country’s leading retailers such as Lidl, Auchan, Carrefour, Intermarche, Makro, Netto and others. BevGroup took up over 3,100 sq m of warehouse, office and welfare space at Hillwood Marki, more than doubling its current footprint. The tenant will begin operations at its new scheme in the first quarter of 2018. Hillwood Marki is a logistics park located in Marki, north east of Warsaw, close to the S8 expressway and Marki’s new ring-road, providing easy access to and from Wrocław and Białystok. Once fully built out, it will offer a total of 88,200 sq m spread across three buildings, two of which are currently under construction to provide 38,500 sq m and 29,000 sq m, respectively. The owner and developer of the logistics park is Hillwood.
