Korean logistics to take up 43.500 sq m
LX Pantos, one of the largest logistics operators in Korea and Southeast Asia, is to take up 43,500 sq m in the Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII logistics park.
LX Pantos has been one of Panattoni’s tenants since 2013. Six years later the logistics operator consolidated its operations with 72,000 sq m in Panattoni Park Wrocław XI in order to service companies such as LG Chem (one of the largest lithium-ion battery producers for the automotive industry) and LG Electronics. With the signing of the latest contract LX Pantos now leases over 100,000 sq m with Panattoni in Lower Silesia.
Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII will eventually comprise two buildings with a total of 75,000 sq m. Already, half of the total space has been handed over and the project is to be completed in 2022. The buildings are to be powered by renewably sourced electricity and are to be submitted for BREEAM certification. Electric vehicle charging stations will be found on the grounds as well as bike stands, green areas and insect hotels. The park is situated next to the Pietrzykowice junction on the A4 motorway, which also connects up to the E67 expressway as well as the A8 motorway, which serves as the Wrocław bypass. As a result, the location has easy access to the CEE region’s three main capital cities: Warsaw, Prague and Berlin.
