Lidl Polska comes to 7R Park Poznań West

Grocery chain Lidl Polska is to take up 10,900 sq m of warehouse and office space in the 7R Park Poznań West complex. The tenant will move in in August this year. The 7R Park Poznań West logistics park features numerous environmentally-friendly solutions including air destratifiers and electric vehicle charging stations. The centre has a BREEAM certificate with a rating of 'Very Good'. 7R Park Poznań West comprises a total of over 55,000 sq m of warehouse and production space and is situated in the village of Tarnów Podgorny 25 km from the centre of Poznań. Nearby runs National Road Nr. 92, which connects four separate regions: Lubusz, Wielkopolskie, Łódź and Mazowieckie and the centre is just a twenty-minute drive from the Poznań-Ławica airport. Lidl Polska is the Polish subsidiary of the Lidl Group, which comprises numerous independent holdings that operate across Europe. The group currently has around 11,500 stores in 31 countries. Lidl Polska is one of the largest grocery chains in the country with around 800 stores. Thus far, 7R has developed a total of over 1.5 million sq m in Poland and currently has a further 600,000 sq m under construction.
