Mainfreight Poland  enters MLP Poznań West warehouse park
Logistics operator Mainfreight Poland has leased almost 3,200 sq m in the MLP Poznań West logistics park. Over 2,700 sq m is to comprise warehousing space while the remainder will be used for offices and social space. The warehouse space is to be handed over to the tenant soon with the offices to be ready a few months later. Mainfreight is an international company listed on the New Zealand stock exchange. It is involved in both international and national freight services and provides transport via land, air and sea. The company has offices in Australia, Europe, New Zealand, and both North and South America. The company has been present in Poland since 2004. Eventually, MLP Poznań West will comprise 141,000 sq m of logistics space. The centre is under construction on a 29 ha site in the village of Dąbrówka just 15 km west of the centre of Poznań. The park benefits from its location next to the S11 expressway with easy access to the A2 motorway just 7 km away. The new buildings will be higher than the standard at 11.5m and will be environmentally certified under BREEAM. Tenants that have recently signed leases for space in MLP Poznań West include Cosentino Poland, Hart Logistics and Bevo. The park still has space available for lease.
