MLP Pruszków I takes on new tenant
Savpol has leased 2,600 sq m of warehousing and 400 sq m of office and social space in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. The handover of the space should take place in the second quarter of this year.
Savpol supplies ingredients to bakeries and ice cream parlours as well as the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. The company is to have the most modern space tailored to meet its needs in the Pruszków park, including a dry storage area, a freezer area and a refrigerated area. Due to advanced control systems, from the moment goods arrive at the centre to the moment they are sent off to the client, they will be kept within a precisely controlled temperature range. The social and office space also includes conference and training rooms.
Park MLP Pruszków is currently undergoing BREEAM In Use certification, which is to cover all of the warehouse buildings in the park. The certificate should be issued in July this year. The park makes use of numerous environmentally-friendly systems including solar panelling, electric vehicle charging stations and city bike hire points.
The current solar panelling in MLP Pruszków has a power rating of 50 kWp, but the developer is currently applying for official permission to install panelling with a power rating of around 950 MW. MLP also plans to lay down photovoltaic paving in front of the office building, which is to be used to light up the MLP logo.
MLP Pruszków I is around 19 km from Warsaw and comprises almost 170,000 sq m of warehouse and production space. The park currently houses just under 40 tenants.
