Nissin Logistics takes up 42,000 sq m in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV

Japanese logistics operator Nissin Logistics has leased 43,000 sq m of logistics space in the Park Bydgoszcz IV centre. The tenant is to occupy a standalone building served by its own access road. The company is to use the centre as a base of operations for clients from the packaging and electronics industries. The space is sufficient for handling up to 50,000 pallets per month. Up till now, Nissin has occupied space in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II, but due to increased demand for its services, the logistics company has taken the decision to relocate to a larger space in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV. Nissin Logistics has already started using some of the new space but will not use it in its entirety until the third quarter of 2023. On completion, Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV is to comprise three buildings with a combined area of 110,000 sq m. The centre is to be certified under BREEAM with a rating of 'Excellent'. Electric vehicle charging stations are to be installed in the park and the roofs are to be reinforced for the installation of solar panels. The space can be specially arranged to meet the needs of the tenants as well as converted for the needs of light production. This is not the only development by Panattoni in Bydgoszcz. The company has already delivered 250,000 sq m of industrial space to the city while a further 230,000 sq m is currently under construction. Looking for warehouse space in the area?
