P3 plans three new urban warehouse centres

P3 has acquired land in Łódź, Wrocław and Bydgoszcz for new logistics projects. All three plots are within city limits and together they have a combined area of 32 ha.

The largest of the sites purchased is in Bydgoszcz and has an area of almost 14 ha. It is situated within the Bydgoszcz Technology Park where almost 70,000 sq m of warehousing space is to be built in what will be P3’s first-ever project in the region.

The Wrocław site has an area of around 4 ha and is located near the city’s airport. An 18,500 sq m centre is to be built on the site.

In Łódź, P3 is to construct two buildings with a combined area of 44,000 sq m to add to the space that the developer already offers in the city.

Over 2021, P3 leased out over 380,000 sq m and started construction on over 150,000 sq m of warehouse space. The developer also completed over 70,000 sq m of new buildings. Over 2022, P3 intends to focus on acquiring more sites throughout Poland including sites for urban developments and for inter-regional industrial parks. P3 also has plans to enter regions where hitherto it has not been present, including Upper and Lower Silesia.
