Panattoni plans another park in Ruda Śląska
Industrial developer Panattoni has received a building permit for the Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V warehouse centre. The park will comprise two buildings with a combined area of 65,000 sq m and it is to be built in Ruda Śląski next to the A4 motorway. The buildings are to be submitted for BREEAM certification for a rating of 'Excellent'. The solutions to be used in the building will guarantee their energy efficiency and will ensure that they save water. Emissions of carbon dioxide will also be reduced while the building is in use. The construction work itself is also to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V will benefit from its location close to the A4 and A1 motorways. The park is situated next to the A4 and only 15 km from the A1 ensuring superb conditions for both national and international deliveries with the park being only a 30-minute drive from the Czech border. Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V is only Panattoni's latest development in Silesia. The developer has already delivered around 2 million sq m in the region including in Katowice, Gliwice, Bytom, Zabrze, Piekary Śląskie and Będzin. In October this year, the developer announced that it had purchased 45 ha for its Panattoni Park Katowice Airport project. This centre is to have over 216,000 sq m of space and will be situated just 3 km from Katowice Airport. Looking for a warehouse in the area? We can help!
