Panattoni to build  Reynaers Aluminium factory
In the second quarter of 2023, Reynaers Aluminium is to move into a production plant built by Panattoni in Żaba Wola just outside Warsaw. The building is to have an area of almost 29,000 sq m and will be one of the biggest Reynaers Aluminium production plants in Europe. Reynaers Aluminium is one of the leading producers of aluminium solutions for windows. doors and façades. The company was founded in 1965 in the town of Duffel in Belgium and began with one small factory that primarily produced aluminium doors and windows.  Currently, Reynaers Aluminium operates in 40 countries and employs around 2,600 people. The company now has seven production facilities, and it recorded a turnover of EUR 630 million for 2001. The building in Żaba Wola to be occupied by Reynaers Aluminium is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating level of 'Excellent'. Numerous solutions are to be implemented to save water and energy as well as to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The centre is also to have a large green area of over 3.7 ha. The office section of the Reynaers Aluminium Central Europe campus has been designed by a renowned architectural studio whose previous projects include well-known office buildings in the Tri-City.
