Printing house in MLP Poznań West

The SimpliCity Printing House has leased around 5,300 sq m in the MLP Poznań West centre, which is currently under construction. The new space will be made available to the tenant in Q4 this year. SimpliCity Printing House is to occupy 4,700 sq m of warehouse space together with social space and 600 sq m of offices. The building will have a height of 11.5m. Due to the tenant’s operations, the building will include additional smoke vents. SimpliCity Printing House is a Poznań-based firm that started operations in 2005. Its modern machinery is capable of printing 1,100 sq m of stiff materials per day and it specialises in large-format printing. Currently, MLP Poznań West is, according to the developer, the fastest growing park in its portfolio. Eventually, the centre is to have an area at full build-out of 150,000 sq m and will comprise warehouse and office space. The park is around 15 km west of the centre of Poznań in the village of Dąbrówka. It is close to the S11 expressway around 7 km from where the road joins the A2 motorway, which runs to Germany and Berlin in the west and Warsaw and Łódź in the east.
