Regesta enters Hillwood’s centre in Wrocław

Transportation firm Regesta has occupied around 17,400 sq m of warehouse space and 160 sq m of offices in the Hillwood Wrocław East logistics centre. With the signing of the lease, the entire seven-building complex comprising over 210,000 sq m became fully commercialised. The space has been modified to meet the needs of the tenant with an improved fire of over 4,000 MJ/sq m and a dedicated area for loading forklifts. The development also includes a 50 Kw solar panel installation. The buildings in the park also have dust-free flooring, ESFR sprinklers, docks with protective collars and hydraulic platforms and entrance ramps that allow vehicles to enter the building. Regesta offers vehicular transport services as well as national and international freight forwarding. The company also offers a comprehensive logistics service, which includes warehousing. The building leased by Regesta within the Hillwood Wrocław East centre is the company’s first location in Lower Silesia. The Hillwood Wrocław East logistics centre is in the village of Wojkowice within the Żórawina administrative district just next to the Wrocław East junction on the A4 motorway. The centre is just 20 km from the centre of the city and 25 km from Wrocław’s Copernicus Airport in Starachowice. The warehousing centre includes a large car park for the use of the tenants and their clients. It is also around 100m from a bus stop while the bus journey to the centre of the city takes around 20 minutes.
