Trivium Packaging to enter Panattoni Park Kraków North
Metal packaging producer Trivium Packaging has leased 21,000 sq m in the Panattoni Park Kraków North complex. At the beginning of 2023, the company is to move its current production line of packaging for the chemicals industry to the newly leased premises and will thus become the centre's first tenant.
The new park is to comprise two buildings with a combined area of 55,000 sq m and it is being built near the E77 European route. The centre is also to benefit from its proximity to two international airports. Both John Paul II Kraków-Balice Airport and Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice are within a distance of 100 km. Road transport will also be facilitated by the future S7 expressway, which will eventually connect both the north and the south of Poland as well as by national road nr. 44, which runs from Małopolska to Silesia.
The complex will employ a host of systems to save energy and promote wellbeing. Eventually, the centre is to be environmentally certified under BREEAM for a rating of 'Excellent'. The space has been designed to accommodate firms from different industries, including the logistics, automotive and FMCG sectors. The centre is to be suitable for warehousing, production, logistics and food storage.
Last year Panattoni completed the construction of the 20,000 sq m Panattoni Park Kraków East II centre in the Kraków market.
