FIRST TENANT IN PANATTONI LOGISTICS PARK NEAR NEW JUNCTION OF WARSAW’S SOUTHERN RING ROAD
Savills has advised Eko Glob on the lease of 1,080 sq m of warehouse space including an office and staff facility in A2 Warsaw East Park. Eko Glob is an official Polish distributor of Orangina and Schweppes. Its broad FMCG portfolio includes beverages, sweets, cosmetics and homecare products. The company cooperates with the largest retailers operating on the Polish market, including Jeronimo Martins, Carrefour, Selgros, and Eurocash. Eko Glob has long-standing experience in global trading as an importer and exporter of many leading product brands. “Eko Glob wanted to consolidate its operations east of Warsaw. Panattoni’s A2 Warsaw East Park is ideal for this purpose as it is the first logistics park in the area that enjoys easy access to the new junction of the A2 motorway forming part of Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road,” says Ewa Ciołek, Consultant, Industrial Agency, Savills. A2 Warsaw East Park is a logistics park developed by Panattoni. It is located in Stary Konik, a village to the south east of Warsaw. The complex has been designed to meet BREEAM standards and consists of three buildings with a total area of 88,000 sq m.
