The BIK Park Wrocław I will be developed 25 km to the south-west of the centre of Wrocław, just under 500 metres from the Kąty Wrocławskie interchange of the A4 motorway and voivodeship road 347. In addition, the Wrocław South interchange is located just under 13 km from the planned project. The complex will be well-connected with Wrocław-Strachowice Airport, located 14 km away. It will also enjoy easy access to the Czech Republic and the Czech border, which is just under 90 km away. The logistics centre will offer approximately 47,500 sq m of warehouse space, and high-quality offices and welfare facilities. It will also feature round-the-clock surveillance and security systems and an EFSR sprinkler system in addition to parking spaces and truck courts.Construction of Phase II 22,500 sqm started. Space available for tenants August/September 2022.
