Panattoni Park Bolesławiec

Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is located north of Bolesławiec ring road, 120 kilometres west of Wrocław city center. The facility will have an attractive location by the national road 94, close to A4 highway and 12 kilometres from European Route E-36, which determines the connection of the east-west relation. What is more, there is only 50 kilometres from the German border and 60 kilometres to the border with Czech Republic. The E30 railway line which is part of the Pan-European Transport Corridor runs through the city area.The distribution centre will comprise of one building of around 53 000 square meters with the possibility to adapt the space for production, storage of goods and social-office area. The complex has numerous loading docks, parking places and deep truck courts for maneuvering. What is more, the facility is equipped with ESFR sprinkler system, heating system and smoke vents.
