Logistic Park Rzepin

Waimea Logistic Park Rzepin will be developed in Rzepin, Kilińskiego Street, just 24 km to the east of the Polish-German border and 70 km from Gorzów Wielkopolski. It will be conveniently situated in close proximity to the A2 motorway and voivodeship road 139, and will enjoy a direct connection to the Rzepin interchange.The complex will comprise two warehouse facilities with a total area of 47,790 sq m once fully built out. It will also feature ample car and truck parking spaces, and three storage yards. Each building will have loading docks and grade level doors. The site will be fenced and provided with round-the-clock security services. The buildings will be equipped with fire safety and gas heating systems.
