The park’s location in the vicinity of the A2 highway, the S5 expressway and the „Poznań Wschód” node guarantees excellent transport connection with major urban centers in Poland. An additional advantage is the proximity of the Poznań Ławica Airport, just 22 kilometres away.
The park comprises of modern warehouse building of about 22 176 square meters. The facility is equipped with sprinkler system, destratifiers, heating system as well as drive-in-doors and loading docks with hydraulic platforms. In addition to energy-saving LED lighting, natural daylight was provided by means of additional skylights. The investment was designed according to the BREEAM certification system.
