Segro Logistics Park Poznań, Gołuski is located approximately 13 kilometres from Poznan’s city centre, in the town Gołuski. The complex is situated in the immediate closeness of S11 expressway, close to Poznań Zachód junction of the A2 highway, which allows for efficient distribution of goods in Poland and outside the country. What is more, there is just 10 kilometres to Poznań-Ławica Airport from the park.

The logistics centre offers 51,000 square meters of warehouse space. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. The buildings are equipped with fire protection system including smoke vents and ESFR sprinkler system.
