95,000 sq m to be built as part of Panattoni Park Pabianice
Industrial developer Panattoni has purchased the land for its Panattoni Park Pabianice complex. Three buildings are to be constructed on the 25 ha site with a total area of 95,000 sq m. The first building with an area of 44,000 sq m is to be delivered in June 2022 and is to be occupied by one of the largest electronics store chains in Poland. A stretch of road of around 1 km in Pabianice is also to be constructed as part of the project. It is to connect ul. Batalionów Chłopskich with ul. Luterańska and will be handed over to the local authorities on completion. All the buildings are to have a height of 12m and will have improved access to natural light. The development is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of ‘Excellent’. In the office section, special attention is to be paid to the air quality as well as the appropriate acoustics and the building’s thermal comfort. This is the first such development that Panattoni has built in Pabianice, which lies around 15 km southeast of Łódź. Altogether, Panattoni has already delivered close to 2 mln sq m of industrial space in the Łódź area. The complex is to be built next to the S14 expressway, which forms part of the city’s eastern bypass and is not far from the junction where the A1 motorway meets the A2.
