Almost 54,000 sq m is to be constructed near Warsaw
Industrial space developer Panattoni is planning to build Panattoni Park Warsaw South near the village of Nadarzyn just outside Warsaw. The building permit has already been issued and construction work is scheduled to begin in January 2021. Panattoni Park Warsaw South is to be a modern building with a total area of 53,600 sq m including 600 sq m of office space. It is to be built on a 12.56 ha site. Panattoni follows a policy of certifying all of its new buildings under BREEAM, so the warehouse should eventually be awarded a rating of 'Very Good'. The site is just next to the S8 expressway, which connects Białystok with Warsaw and Wrocław, and is eventually to run on to Poland's border with the Czech Republic near Kłodzko. Additionally, the section of the S8 between Warsaw and Ostrów Mazowiecka is to be part of the Polish section of the Via Baltica, which is to join the Baltic states with the rest of Europe. The site is also near to the A2 motorway, which runs between the border with Germany and Belarus. The centre will be less than an hour's drive from Łódź, with Poznań and Silesia being around 2.5 hours away. It will also be just three hour's distant from Wrocław, Kraków and the Tricity. Two international airports can be found nearby: Warsaw Chopin Airport (20 min) and Warsaw Modlin (45 min). The centre of Warsaw is also just 20 min away. Panattoni manages 777,000 sq m of leasable space in the Warsaw area and has 55,000 sq m under construction. If you are looking for warehouse space for rent, please contact us.
