Auto parts supplier arrives in Panattoni Park Koluszki
International vehicle parts supplier Kamoka has leased over 13,500 sq m in the Panattoni Park Koluszki complex and is to move in in September this year. Kamoka supplies 17 different categories of parts from 91 production lines including for the suspension, braking and power steering systems as well as for the chasis and the transmission. The company is headquartered in the town of Brzezina around 10 km from Koluszki. Having signed the new contract with Kamoka, Panattoni has now leased out around 25,000 sq m in the park, or around 60 pct of the park’s eventual 39,800 sq m full build-out area. Construction work on the first stage began in November last year and already 12,000 sq m has been delivered. The entire project should be completed by the end of 2022. Panattoni Park Koluszki has been designed to meet the needs of both large and small businesses alike and is suitable for use in both warehousing and light production operations. The centre features numerous energy-saving and environmentally-friendly solutions and has also been designed around the wellbeing of its users. The park is to be environmentally certified under BREEAM and it benefits from a location in Central Poland around 30 km from where the A1 and A2 motorways cross. This ensures the centre easy access to the rest of Poland which includes not only the north and south but also the east and west of the country.
