Automotive tenant takes 10,000 sqm in GLP Wrocław IV Logistics Centre
Electric vehicle component producer Dongshin has leased 10,000 sqm in the GLP Wrocław IV Logistics Centre, having signed a three-year lease.
The tenant is to occupy a building with a ceiling height of 10m and a floor load bearing capacity of 7 tons per sqm. Dongshin will also have 13 loading docks, an entrance gate and 60 parking spaces. The building is largely naturally lit due to skylights in the roof, which reduces the need for electric lighting.
The park comprises two buildings on ul. Kwiatkowski in Wrocław with a combined area of 63,800 sqm tys. The centre is also partof the WSSE Invest-Park special economic zone. The park is near the Wrocław-Bielany and the Wrocław-Zachód junctions on the A4 and A8 motorways, which gives the park access to Germany, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The Wrocław park is also the first in Poland where GLP has set up and apiary.
Dongshin is not the only automotive tenant in the park. Spanish part supplier Gestamp has also recently renewed its lease for a further ten years.
The developer also has plans to build another park nearby. GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is to be near the village of Magnice and will comprise five buildings with a combined area of 240,000 sqm. The commercialisation has already begun.
