BIK expands Wrocław warehouse centre
Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych has begun construction on the second stage of the BIK Park Wrocław logistics centre. On completion of the work, the park will increase in size by 22,500 sq m to reach its full build-out size of 47,500 sq m. The planned handover for the new warehouse building is in the third quarter of 2022. The first construction stage was completed in 2020 and resulted in 25,000 sq m of modern warehouse space, which was fully commercialised.
BIK Park Wrocław is under construction on an 11.7 ha site next to the A4 motorway in the village of Nowa Wieś Wrocławska in the Kąty Wrocławskie district 17 km from the centre of the city. The development is to comprise modules that can be flexibly adapted to meet the needs of the tenants. Atlas Ward is the general contractor.
