BIMs Plus enters MLP Poznań West

Installation distributor BIMs Plus has leased over 4,7000 sq m in the MLP Poznań West logistics park. The tenant has already moved into the completed building. BIMs Plus is a seller of heating and air conditioning systems as well as sanitary installations. It has a range of goods comprising over 600,000 products and maintains a chain of 140 sales points. The company mainly serves construction and fitting companies. Eventually, MLP Poznań West is to comprise around 150,000 sq m on a 28.8 ha site. Around 55,000 sq m is currently under construction and is scheduled for delivery in Q3 2022. MLP Poznań West is in Dąbrówka around 15 km west of the centre of Poznań. It is in the vicinity of the S11 expressway and 7 km from the nearest junction on the A4 motorway, which runs from the German border to Łódź and Warsaw. The park features numerous ecologically friendly solutions. Solar panels with a combined generating capacity of 482 kWp are installed on the roofs generating around 500 MWh of electricity per year. BMS systems help in the management of the centre as well as an Advanced Information Management system. MLP Poznań West has been ecologically certified under BREEAM.
