Blachotrapez enters Park P3 Piotrków
Polish roofing materials producer Blachotrapez has leased around 10,000 sq m in the Park P3 Piotrków complex. The tenant is set to move into Building 6. As well as warehousing space, the tenant is also to take up 464 sq m of offices. The building is intended to be used for storage and warehousing as well as for light production purposes including for solar panelling components.
This is to be Blachotrapez’s first warehousing facility leased from outside company. Blachotrapez, which is based in Rabka-Zdrój, is one of the leading producers of roofing and façades in Poland and offers a wide range of roofing accessories, sheet metal fittings and guttering with sales across eight European countries.
Park P3 Piotrków is built in the village of Wola Bykowska near Piotrków Trybunalski, nearby the S8 expressway, which joins together Warsaw, Łódź and Wrocław. It is also not far from the A1 motorway, which runs from north to south, and it is only 80 km away from the A2, which connects the east and the west of the country.
Park P3 Piotrków comprises seven buildings with a combined area of 268,000 sq m, which is used by such international tenants as Kuehne+Nagel, FM Logistic, JYSK, InPost and ID Logistics.
