Hillwood Syców is a logistics centre located 60 km east of Wrocław next to the S8 expressway close to the Syców junction. It lies on the border of the Wielkopolski and Lower Silesia regions. The centre has easy access to the A4 motorway, which is around a 45-minute drive away as well as to cities such as Łódź (1 hour 30 min), Warsaw (3 hours), Poznań (2 hours 20 min) and Katowice (2 hours 40 min). The development also includes numerous environmentally friendly solutions including a solar farm and electric vehicle charging stations. In addition, in place of some of the lawns a flower meadow has been created. Most of the centre has now been leased. Looking for a warehouse in the area? Feel free to contact our advisors!
