Construction work begins on Ideal Idea City Park III
Developer Ideal Idea Formad has begun construction work on the third stage of the City Park complex on ul. Mieczysława Słowikowskiego 81 in Raszyn, just outside Warsaw. The current stage comprises two warehouse buildings (H5 and H6), the first of which will have 6,000 sq m with modules of 550 sq m of warehouse space and 130 sq m of offices. The other building will have 3,000 sq m and modules of various sizes ranging from 400 sq m of warehouse space and around 140 sq m of offices to 1,100 sq m of warehousing and offices of up to 160 sq m. The space will be suitable for use in warehousing, laboratory work, and production. The temperature and moisture levels in the warehouse space may be controlled. The space is being built speculatively. Thus far, four buildings have been built in the first two stages of Ideal Idea City Park (H1-H4). And the park currently has an area of 20,000 sq m of class-A office space and warehousing facilities. The developer is also planning to install electric-vehicle charging stations and a solar farm as well as provide additional space to leave bicycles. Green energy is to be used to meet the power needs of the manoeuvring square, the lighting for the grounds, the security booth and all the common areas within the buildings. On completion, the entire complex is to be certified under BREEAM. Special bus lines run from the park to the local WKD railway station and to the Okęcie bus and tram terminal in Warsaw.
