Electric vehicle charging stations are to be found within the complex, which is also to be equipped with utility usage monitoring systems as well as systems for the harvesting of rainwater. Additionally, the developer is to manage the land around the building to ensure high biodiversity. The company is also to create a relaxation area for workers as well as mini-sporting facilities. MDC² Park Gliwice is to be built on a 13.4 ha site around 7 km south of Gliwice city centre. The site is also near the Sośnica junction, which connects the A1 and A5 motorways. MDC², which is a Polish developer of warehouse and logistics space, is responsible for the project. As well as the Gliwice park project, the company is also developing the MDC² Park Łódź South project (80,000 sq m) and MDC² Park Kraków South park (90,000 sq m).
