DTA joins the tenants of MLP Pruszków II

DTA has leased 7,000 sq m in the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre near Warsaw. Around 6,500 sq m is warehousing space while offices comprise the remaining 455 sq m. The tenant is to move into the newly-constructed building in June of next year. DTA specialises in customs services, freight forwarding, storage and contract logistics. Currently, the company leases 4,000 sq m in the MLP Pruszków I park, where it has been based for the last eight years. With the planned move into the new building in the MLP Pruszków II park, the company will almost double the amount of space it leases. The new warehouse is intended to be used for customs clearance and for national storage. Some of the space is also to be devoted to processing e-commerce orders and contract logistics. Eventually, MLP Pruszków II will have a leasable area of 393,000 sq m. The park is in the Brwinów administrative district 5 km from the town of Pruszków. It is situated between local road nr 760 and the A2 motorway, being 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction. The park benefits from a nearby railway line. A number of buildings in the park are ecologically certified under BREEAM and solar panels are mounted on the roofs. The park also includes an on-site bus stop and a Nextbike bicycle hire point.
