ELI leases space  in Bielsko-Biała, Ruda Śląska and Toruń
European Logistics Investment (ELI) has completed leasing out three logistics centres with a combined area of 145,000 sqm. The parks are in Bielsko-Biała, Ruda Śląska and Toruń . The last vacant space was taken at the beginning of the year The park in Bielsko Biała is on ul. Szklana and its main tenants are automotive suppliers NVH, Marelli and Proseat. Space in the park has also been produced by plastic home goods producer Prosperplast. Currently the buildings are being certified under BREEAM and should receive ratings of 'Good'. The park comprises two buildings with 71,000 sqm and it is nearby a junction on the S1 expressway, which runs on through Silesia to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Park Ruda Śląska III is occupied by three tenants, one of which is Dywidag, a producer of geotechnical systems and cable supports. The park is also occupied by grocery group Jerónimo Martins, the owner of the Biedronka chain, and Latex, a tyre distributor. The centre is currently being BREEAM certified and should be awarded a rating of 'Very Good'. Toruń Park comprises one building of 17,000 sqm and is leased to three tenants including logistics operator InPost. The other two tenants are alcoholic beverage distributor United Beverages, and freight forwarding firm Stork. The centre is currently undergoing BREEAM certification for a rating of 'Good'. The centre has ready access to the A1 motorway, which is 4 km away and runs from the north to the south of the country, as well as to the S1 expressway, which links the park with Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Szczecin and Warsaw as well as northern Germany. All three parks were developed in partnership with Panattoni.
