ESA grows in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków

ESA logistika has leased an additional 2,900 sq m in the SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków complex. As a result, the tenant now occupies a total of 10,400 sq m in the centre. This is the second time in just a few months that ESA has signed a lease contract for space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. In the summer of 2021, the company renewed its previous contract and took further space to lease 7,500 sq m in total. ESA logistika is one of the leading logistics operators in the CEE region. The company offers services that include distribution logistics, warehousing, international road and intermodal transportation, as well as freight forwarding by air and sea. It also offers logistics outsourcing and a wide range of value-added services. It is a subsidiary of the Hitachi Transport System Group and employs over 1,500 people. Currently, SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków comprises over 300,000 sq m gla and has enough land to reach a full build-out of 400,000 sq m. The centre benefits from being nearby major north-south and east-west transport routes. It is 8 km from the centre of Łódź and situated next to the A2 motorway (Berlin-Moscow) not far from the junction where it crosses the A1. The centre is also near National Road nr. 14. The complex was built to meet the needs of both large and small businesses and is professionally property-managed. All the buildings in the park are certified under BREEAM.
