ESA logistika prolongs its lease with SEGRO in Stryków
Logisitcs operator ESA logistika has prolonged its contract and leased more space in the SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków complex near Łódź. The company is to take up a combined area of almost 7,500 sqm. ESA logistika is to use the space to service the solar panel industry and the renewable energy sector. ESA logistika is the logistics subsidiary of Japanese company Hitachi Transport System and is one of the leading international logistics firms operating in the CEE region. The company offers complete delivery and bespoke transport solutions, as well as warehousing, logistics distribution, project logistics, outsourcing and value-added services. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the largest of SEGRO's complexes in Central Europe and is built on an 87-ha site. Eventually, the park could comprise as much as 400,000 sqm of warehouse, cross-docking and production space. Thus far, 230,000 sqm has been built. The park has wide internal roads, an extensive manoeuvring area, and a car park for employees and guests. The park is located in the centre of Poland, 8 km from Łódź. It is next to the A2 motorway and 3 km from the junction where the A2 and A1 intersect, allowing the park to service both Poland and abroad. The buildings in the park are BREEAM certified.
