First tenant comes to Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate
Schumacher Packaging is the first tenant to sign a lease for space in Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate in lower Silesia. The company is to take up 5,670 sqm to be used for the warehousing and distribution of its goods, which it produces in its nearby factory. The construction of the first building of Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate has already begun and will comprise 17,600 sqm. The building should be completed in September 2021. A second building is also eventually to be built with an area of 29,300 sqm so the park will have an area of 46,900 sqm at full build-out. The project is being built in the Miękinia administrative district within the Środa Śląska county 20 km from the centre of Wrocław and 10 km from the Wrocław Motorway Bypass, which joins to the S8 and runs on to Łódź and Warsaw. Additionally, the A4 motorway is just 30 km from the park, which connects Poland with Ukraine and Berlin. Moreover, the Czech border is just a 1.5-hour drive away Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate is less than 10 km from Wrocław International Airport and the centre is being developed to the BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standards. Schumacher Packaging is a family company that makes card and corrugated cardboard packaging. Its products include transport packaging, foldable boxes, and trays as well as gift boxes and exhibit packaging.
