First tenant for City Logistics Poznań I
Health food producer OneDayMore has leased 8,600 sq m from Panattoni in City Logistics Poznań I, which is to be built on ul. Janikowska in the north-eastern part of the city. The building, which should be delivered in the third quarter of 2021, is to be divided into three sections. A total of 4,300 sq m will be warehousing and cold storage space, 3,400 sq m will be production space and 875 sq m will be offices. The production space is to be used to create a new line of vegetarian meat substitutes. The centre is to be the first city logistics park built by Panattoni in Poznań. Previously the developer worked on similar centres in Łódź, Warsaw, Wrocław and Kraków. Eventually, two buildings are to be constructed with 32,200 sq m. OneDayMore will take up the entire first building which is to be built to suit. The second building is to be a class A warehouse with 21,600 sq m, which will be divided into modules, starting from 1,000 sq m, and the space may be flexibly arranged. Both buildings are to be BREEAM 'Very Good” certified. City Logistics Poznań I will be next to national road nr 92, which runs to Warsaw and the town of Świecko on the German border. The site is also 15 km from the Krzesina junction on the A2 motorway and not far from the S11 expressway. Poznań city centre is just 8 km away and a tram-and-bus stop is just 4 minutes on foot.
