FM Logistic now in Panattoni Park Głogów

International logistics operator FM Logistic has leased 34,800 sq m in the Panattoni Park Głogów warehouse park. The company is to start operating from the centre in May 2022 from which it will service the B2C trade of a newly acquired client. The location was chosen to serve distribution operations in Poland as well as both Western and Southern Europe. The developer, Panattoni, has already begun construction work on the park, which is to comprise two buildings with a combined area of 111,000 sq m on a 20-ha site. The first of these buildings, from which FM Logistic is to operate, will have a total area of 78,000 sq m. The development is to be certified for its environmental sustainability under BREEAM for a rating of Excellent and the systems introduced should result in considerable savings in water and energy usage. The developer is also focusing on the building’s acoustics, its thermal comfort levels and the use of natural lighting. The office space within the centre is to be of a high standard.

Panattoni Park Głogów is being built around 110 km from the German border and at a similar distance from the border with the Czech Republic. The park is to be only 10 km from the S3 expressway, which is the main arterial road between Głogów and Zielona Góra and it also runs on to Szczecin. The road also links the centre with the A4 motorway to the south as well as to the A4 to the north.
