Hart Logistics comes to MLP Poznań West

Polish company Hart Logistics has leased around 10,000 sq m in the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. The developer of the park, MLP Group, has already started construction work on the BTS project, with the leased space to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. The company will occupy 9,600 sq m of warehouse space while the remainder will be office and social space. The park will feature modern loading docks, large manoeuvring areas for trucks and car parking areas. Photovoltaic panels are to be installed on the roof, while elsewhere in the park there will also be shelters for bicycles, charging stations for electric cars and insect houses. Hart Logistics specialises both in domestic and international shipping and logistics services. The company handles a wide range of orders, including road, air, sea and rail transport. In addition to this, it also intends to offer goods storage services. MLP Poznań West is a modern logistics park situated in the western part of Poznań, near the S11 expressway and 7 km from its junction with the A4 motorway. The centre has been designed for companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light production sectors. MLP Poznań West will eventually offer around 133,000 sq m of modern warehouse and office space.
