JANMAR Centrum comes to SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków
Corrugated cardboard packaging company Janmar Centrum has leased 7,300 sq m of warehousing space in the SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków logistics complex. The complex is situated next to the construction site for Janmar's new production plant, which is the second to be built with the first being the Packaging Park opened in 2017 in Trzcinice.
Janmar Centrum has been operating since 2000 and supplies corrugated cardboard to many different industries including the food and furniture sectors as well as the automotive, chemical and electronic industries. Its packaging is suitable for e-commerce, and bulk transport and it also provides bespoke packaging solutions. The company employs 260 people and produces over 170 million sq m of corrugated cardboard a year.
SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is just next to the A2 motorway 5 km from the Łódź Północ junction where the A2 and A1 cross. National road Nr 14 also runs nearby so the location is ideally placed for both national and international distribution requirements. It takes 3 hours to drive to Gdańsk from the park and 2.5 hours to Katowice whereas Warsaw is only 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The centre of Łódź is around 20 km from the park and the complex comprises 87 ha with almost 400,000 sq m of warehouse space. All of Segro's newly-built properties in Park Stryków are certified under BREEAM and have their own property managers.
