Just in Time to stay in MLP Gliwice

Polish logistics operator Just in Time has prolonged its lease agreement for space in the MLP Gliwice warehouse park. The company occupies over 10,600 sq m, which includes 10,300 sq m of warehousing and around 300 sq m of offices. The logistics operator has been with MLP Group since 2017. Just In Time Logistics offers warehousing, haulage, distribution and customs clearance services as well as numerous additional services including the provision of packaging and pallets. The company uses its own fleet of goods vehicles as well as the vehicles of subcontractors, with whom it has cultivated long-term relations. The company provides services to production companies and distribution centres, as well as to car, motorcycle and truck showrooms both in Poland and abroad. The company is based in Tarnowskie Góry in Upper Silesia but also has a branch in Warsaw. The MLP Gliwice distribution centre currently comprises 44,000 sq m of leasable space and work to extend the centre continues. Eventually, it is to comprise three modern class A warehouse buildings with a combined area of around 53,000 sq m. The park is located in the village of Szałsza in the administrative district of Zbrosławice and is around 6 km north of Gliwice’s city centre. The park is also around 2 km from the Zabrze Zachód junction on the A1 motorway (which runs from north to south, from the TriCity to the Czech border) as well as 1 km from National Road nr. 78, which gives the warehouse park easy access to Katowice International Airport.
