Kuchinox chooses SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków
Modern kitchen and bathroom systems manufacturer Kuchinox Polska has leased more than 6,500 sq m at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The new warehouse space will replace two smaller locations used by Kuchinox until now. All the products in Kuchinox Polska’s range are to be stored in the new location, including fittings, showers, steel and granite sinks, as well as metal items such as door handles and interior accessories. The warehouse in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków will be used by the company to serve its clients in both Poland and international markets, including Norway, Germany, Russia and Ukraine. Due to its relocation, the company is planning to increase its workforce by 10 pct. Kuchinox Polska has been producing, importing and distributing household goods for over 20 years. More than 2,000 products are currently sold under the Kuchinox Polska brand. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków comprises more than 300,000 sq m of modern production and storage space and will eventually total 400,000 sq m. Each new facility built by SEGRO in Poland is certified for sustainability with a BREEAM certificate. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków also features an automatic number-plate reading system, a cloud-based media monitoring system, as well as charging stations for electric and hybrid cars. The park is situated close to the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways.
