Logistics operator extends lease in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw
LS Logistics has extended its lease of 12,500 sqm in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. The tenant has been operating from the park for the last four years and uses the space not only for storing goods and cross-docking, but it also makes use of additional services in the park including batch-packing, labelling and creating advertising hoardings.
The company provides groupage and freight forwarding services including FTL and LTL deliveries by road and sea. LS Logistics has been responsible for organising complex multi-party logistics projects. It distributes goods to Eastern countries including Russia and Belarus as well as to Poland and most countries in Europe. LS Logistics holds from 3,000 to 7,000 pallets in the centre for its key clients.
The company began by servicing companies from the automotive sector and even today, this remains a major part of its business, but today its clients include companies from various sectors including household appliances, renewable resources and FMCG.
SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is 5 km south of the city next to national road nr 8 (Białystok–Wrocław/Katowice) and the Paszków junction where the Warsaw bypass (S2/S7/S8) joins with the A2 motorway. The centre is also just 4 km from Nation Road nr 7 (Gdańsk–Kraków).
