Logistics operator leases 3,000 sq m with Tristar
Logistics operator GTLS has leased over 3,000 sq m of warehouse space with offices in the Tristar Grodzisk park in the village of Radonice, around 30 km southwest of the centre of Warsaw. GTLS, which was founded in Cairo in 2007, delivers air and sea freight services across the globe and represents its clients to customs authorities. Its clients come from many different industries including petrochemicals, industrial production and retail. The Tristar Grodzisk park is near the Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction on the A2 motorway and next to the future Grodzisk bypass. It was delivered in Q1 2016 and includes 37,000 sq m of warehouse space in two separate class A buildings. The space is divided into modules to meet the needs of medium-sized firms. It also includes a large car park for both passenger vehicles and trucks. Tristar is a joint venture of EPISO 4 and White Star Real Estate and was set up in 2018. It invests in class A logistics space and currently its portfolio includes five centres in Poland in Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice, Gdańsk and Grodzisk Mazowiecki. At the end of last year Tristar announced that it had signed leases for 74,600 sq m across its entire portfolio of 162,000 sq m. All the properties are managed by White Star Real Estate.
