LS LOGISTICS expands its warehouse in Nadarzyn

LS Logistics, a provider of integrated logistics services, has leased additional warehouse space in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw in Nadarzyn, bringing its total lease area to 17,600 sq m. The tenant was advised during the expansion process by real estate advisory firm Savills. LS Logistics provides logistics services, including storage, picking, cross-docking and consolidation of shipments from various destinations to a single customer, as well as value-added services (VAS). It also offers freight forwarding by road, see and air, deploying FTL, FCL and LCL shipping. “This is the third time that we have expanded in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw in Nadarzyn to accommodate our continued growth. We especially value the complex for its proximity to the S7 and S8 expressways and the A2 motorway, making for easy transport and distribution,” says Rafał Górski, President of the Management Board of LS Logistics Sp. z o.o. LS Logistics, supported during its expansion process by Savills, added 2,700 sq m to its current warehouse. Its logistics capacity, including its other facility T1 Urzut, now stands at over 20,000 sq m. “LS Logistics is growing at pace in the logistics market and we are delighted that we were able to respond to its rising demand for warehouse space. SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is a logistics park located off a slip road to the S8 expressway, 20 km from the centre of Warsaw. It is easily accessible by Warsaw public transport. Upon full build-out, the park will provide more than 150,000 sq m of warehouse space.
