Michał Śniadała is a panellist at the “Szczecin: The Logistics-Friendly City” conference
The “Szczecin: The Logistics-Friendly City” conference was held at Technopark Pomerania in Szczecin on 6 June 2017. Michał Śniadała took part in a panel discussion “Szczecin is an attractive location for developers. Key factors in selection of development sites”. Four discussion panels held during the conference were attended by 30 experts and over 100 participants. The event, organized by Warsaw-based business development services provider Bluevine Consulting in partnership with Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency, focused on identifying key growth directions and drivers of the Szczecin logistics market, and opportunities available in the city to both Polish and cross-border investors. It was attended by public sector representatives, developers, Polish and international investors operating in the local market, market experts and analysts. The conference centred on highlighting the core investment strengths of the Szczecin agglomeration to the logistics sector and discussions about the most pressing problems and issues to be solved to improve the climate for further development of the warehouse, logistics and industrial market in the Szczecin metropolitan area in the form of both large warehouse complexes and BTS schemes.
