Nowy Teatr theatre in Hillwood Targówek
The Stołeczny Nowy Teatr theatre will take up 2,000 sq m in the Hillwood Targówek park in Warsaw. The theatre is to use the space to store its stage props and scenery.
Nowy Teatr was founded in 2008 and operates from a historic building at ul. Madalińskiego 10/16 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The centre’s artistic director is Krzysztof Warlikowski and the actors associated with the company include Magdalena Cielecka, Maja Ostaszewska, Jacek Poniedziałek and Andrzej Chyra.
The theatre has leased space in the park’s first building and will be able to make use of it from Q3 this year.
The building in Hillwood Targówek park has a standard fire load of over 4,000 MJ/sq m and 24-hour security. The park also offers the possibility to lease office space that is tailored to meet the requirements of the tenant. The development also includes a large and convenient car park.
Eventually the logistics park will comprise two similar class A warehouse buildings with a combined area of 49,200 sq m. Construction work on the second building has recently begun and should be handed over in Q4 later this year.
The logistics park is on ul Bardowski in the city’s Targówek district not far from ul. Radzymińska. One of the advantages of this location is its ease of access to the S8 expressway as well as to Warsaw’s main access roads including the A2 motorway. The park is 8 km from the centre of the city and 15 km from Warsaw’s Chopin Airport in Okęcie.
